About SRACA

The Skinner Road Airport Community Association (SRACA) is the homeowners association that manages Dry Creek Airport (FAA identifier TS07) in Cypress, Texas — a northwest suburb of Houston.

The association consists of approximately 40 property owners who share the private grass airstrip and surrounding community.

The Airport

Dry Creek Airport features a well-maintained grass runway (18/36) measuring 3,580 feet long and 73–80 feet wide. The airport sits at an elevation of 152 feet MSL in Cypress, TX. Registered with the FAA in 1970, the airport has been active for 55+ years.

Annual Open House

Every November, SRACA hosts its Annual Open House — a celebration of aviation open to fly-in visitors and the public. The event has run continuously for over 20 years.
